“Very poor service from usc, bought 3 things and all security tags still on. Costumer service was no help and could only advise to take back to shop which was too far away to get to.”

“My click and collect order which I had the order of paying handsomely has STILL not arrived in store for collection nearly a week and a half later. I can see that it’s been processed and not shipped to store yet anytime I asked for help, they just kept repeating this!! It’s unlikely my order will be of any use to me by the time it eventually arrives as I bought the items for going on holiday. Customer service and delivery times are shocking.”

“Cheap becomes expensive, i ordered a size 10 and received a size 7, not only that but the shoes had a mark (scratch/dent) on the top, like they wasnt new, and the box was absolutely broken, i had to replace them instantly and pay 14£ on top of the money i paid for delivery, that's loosing 20£ for nothing. Im scared about ordering another pair of my size and this happens again... Dissapointed.”

“Clear website. Prompt delivery with useful updates about dispatch. The presentation boxes my items were in were a bit crushed which was a bit disappointing as I had to wrap them as a birthday gift just as they were. Still great value with the online offer.”

“My son tried the Tommy Hilfiger coat on in the shops it was too expensive so I looked on line when I got home and found it for half the price at USC. He now has his coat and loves it. Thank you”

“Delivery good Price good But some of the clothing is kept in is poor, i ordered some jeans next day delivery 34waist 36 leg and received 30 waist 32 leg but igot a refund”

“When I got my product I discovered that it was just chucked in there without being folded and all the legal paper was creased as it wasn’t looked after, product was good but delivery was lacking”
