“Good service but the product was too small. Supposed to fit a 14 year old but was nowhere near large enough. Quality was also not what I was expecting - it was thin fabric, more like a T shirt than a sweatshirt. Also too short. Had to return the Lacoste “Sweatshirt” and awaiting refund. Disappappointing!”

“I personally wouldn’t order again afyernjow my order was packed. I was so disgusted I sent an email of complaint, but as I did not take photo evidence the customer service team wasn’t interested! Was not after anything in return as I dealt with the issue myself, but I didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience or reassurance that was a bad pick! Poor customer relations.”

“Received a T-Shirt with several small holes in it, which I was planning to wear the day it came. I emailed saying that I wasn’t willing to pay to sent it back. The customer service said that they will send me a Hermes label but I haven’t yet received it after many days. Very disappointed.”

“Items arrived quickly but all 3 shoe boxes were ripped and crushed - brought to gift as presents and look like I’ve picked them up from a skip! Armani boxers came in plastic ‘box’ which was open with the boxers loose in the main usc bag!! Very poor packaging - will not purchase again :(”

“Ordered online for delivery to collect from store. Took over a week for them to process the order and would of taken a further 3 working days to reach the store. I cancelled my order. Probably one of the worst experiences I have had ordering online”
