“Quick derive but had to pay postage out and back. It's 2018 everyone does free postage and free returns. So wouldn't use again.”

“Paying for delivery even though its collect from store is pointless and shouldn't happen. Also then having to pay for returns when we could just return to nearest store FOC.”

“Expensive online delivery and then have to pay for returns. USC only offers a credit note if returning online items to a shop, otherwise, the customer needs to pay for returning them to the warehouse. In the age of internet shopping, this is a big own goal. I will not be buying from here again.”

“My daughter found your website trainers she was looking for purchasing them was easy well for an old man anyway delivery was efficient and the end result my daughter happy was good enough for me thank you very much USC will be using you again in fact we have ordered another two pairs of the same show as my daughter wanted a second pair and we purchased a pair for a friend perfect for her in the college salon where she works”

“Terrible service ! item missing and now got to wait for them to finish a dispute which as took 5 days to just get a reply asking for pics of parcel what's a joke! clothes were all scrunched in a bag creased all over now got to wait for them when ever they are ready to refund my money. Con company!”
