“Great item but the jacket has a shop tag on so can’t be used USC tell me to return or go to sports direct as I don’t drive this isn’t as easy as it sounds so need a taxi USC not interested”

“No free delivery even when spending over £150 - Cheapest delivery is £4.99 which is extortionate. Parcel arrived with rips in it. 2 faulty/damaged items in order. Items thrown in packaging without even bothering to do buttons up or fold.”

“Great service from start to finish. I havent shopped with USC before this occasion. I didnt realise I could order items to be delivered to my local Sports Direct store. I found two pairs of fab trainers for my daughter that I ordered in the sale then delivered to store for collection. The whole ordering process from start, to payment, to collection was easy. I received an email to confirm my order was ready for collection then when I went to collect I had a £5 store voucher to use in Sports Direct which I redeemed against some sportswear I was planning on buying that day. All in all a brilliant experience, thank you!”
