“Terrible. Would be ok but the fact if u either want to exchange an item or get YOUR money back ypu have to pay for delivery yourself. No other company does this because its ridiculous”

“Clothes sent out with electronic tags still on. So had to send back at my own cost, due to your lack of care with items being sent out. Won’t be using them again.”

“Bought a pair of jeans that did not fit (the same as a pair I bought from elsewhere but fit fine). I am aware this is not the fault of USC but my biggest gripe is the returns policy, it is a disgrace. No refunds only store credit, they never have what you are looking for in store so have no choice but to pay £5 minimum delivery every time. Shocking !”
