“Fast delivery but I purchase several items of clothing which arrived in bag in a poor condition, items where not bagged and were just creased and threw in packaging, the presentation was terrible and I purchased as a gift so not impressed”

“Disgusting customer strive. Charges £5.99 for delivery in-store, you would think that means it would be next day but instead it is over a week after the order was placed. Staff in the Stockport store were hugely unaccommodating, didn't seem to care at all only kept reiterating that we could email someone if we wanted. We will never be ordering from this company again.”

“The items I purchased are very nice, however charging a delivery fee for items to be picked up in store is terrible. Other companies don't charge a delivery fee for click and collect services.”

“Bought something from online very quick to come only thing.. I COULD return to store but can of get a credit note NOT my money back..and had to pay full postage to return my item back to SPORTS DIRECT to get my money return on bank card.”

“I have only gave 3 stars even though the product itself was fine. The delivery was a lot to be desired! The package was left openly at my front door and it was all laying open so any one could have lifted it and there was no note to say it had been left.”

“"To make sure you got the very best service from us" --> like this was starting the review mail from you. Let's be honest, when you answer after 3 days this is not "the best service"... simple as that. And second, I bought goodies from China and the trackin' number was more reliable than yours. It's been 6 days since your package was dispatch, but I still don't have any info about my package. If is on the way, if it entered in the country... nothing. As I said, Chinese has a better shipping logistics way more than yours. This is truly sad :)”
