“Wouldnt normally right a review but I definitely Wouldn’t recommend this store. Went to store and bought my fiancé some trainers. Got them home and they were too small so I went back to return them/swap size. They couldn’t swap the size as they didn’t have them in. I asked for them in a different colour, they didn’t have them either. Fair enough so I asked if they could order them in store for me. They couldn’t do that. So I asked for a refund. They wouldn’t refund me. (I was not told this when I bought them in the first place, the trainers weren’t in the sale either or I could understand) so I went home with a gift card to order them myself in the right size. Then I had to pay for delivery!! Wouldn’t shop there again”

“Pickup Was Annoying due to The fact that the Staff kept telling me I needed "Photo ID" but I obviously Dont have one As I am 14. I had to go home to get my passport and come back”

“I ordered 2 pairs of shorts paid for them only one pair came. I was very disappointed and can you make sure a refund has been done as I never received an email to say I was only getting one pair. Mr Bell”

“Order was supposed to be be delivered on the 22nd but did not arrive until the 25th sept. I received a message saying that my order had been delayed and then another saying that the delivery date had changed again as requested, but i did not request the delivery date to be changed.”

“I was more than happy with the goods in the sale. They were sent on time, I didn’t want some so I sent them back and I got a credit within 2 days. Good service and great pricing, I will be using USC again. Not often you get such a service in this present day and age. Well done USC!”

“Ordered 3 pairs of jeans and 2 of them were incorrectly advertised as Slim but were in fact Super Slim and completely useless to me. I had to pay £5 for click and collect which is very unusual but then had to pay another £6.50 to return the items that you had incorrectly listed, therefore paying for your mistake! I sent a message to your customer services and was directed back to your website without answering my query. Really poor service and I feel I have been ripped off by paying for click and collect and then paying again because of your error.”

“Delivery was far too long. Having to pay return postage (13.51) is ridiculous as all the other companies I buy from online always have return postage free. Abit disappointing to see the least. I only kept 1 item as the rest were very small for their sizing.”

“The delivery service is an absolute joke ordered items on the Monday and still hadentbeen delivered in store on the Saturday!! Then to be told they only get delivery’s on a Thursday so would take over a week to receive my items !!! Not good enough especially when you have to pay to get orders delivered instore !! When every other company it’s free to pick up instore!! Not good enough usc cancelled my order as I no longer needed the items!!! Totally disappointed A Gracie”
