“Great website with a lot of discounted branded clothes. I've ordered from them a few times. You do have to pay for delivery but still works out worthwhile. Clothes are good quality and fit well.”

“My parcel was delivered to the wrong address over a week go and I still not received a refund or a replacement. When you pay £182 you would think They would act abit faster.”

“The delivery was very quick however i has asked for next day delivery and paid for it.I wasn’t amused by the fact that when I order one of the t shirts I made sure it was available as other sizes had a mark to say it wasn’t available. I made sure the one I ordered was, to then get an email 24 hours later to say that the t shirt was our of stock. I appreciate that the site needs updating and this may have been purchased in the between time however the top remained on the site as available in the size for another 3 or 4 days. When in fact it wasn’t available in that size. Other than that I found it easy and I was berry happy with the items I did receive.”

“Ordered Tommy Hilfiger swimming shorts age 10-12 years for my slim 9 year old son. When they arrived they looked like they would fit a 5 year old. The size guide on the website is useless as it gives no measurements, just says 11-12 years is UK size LB. You cant speak to a person at USC as they dont have a phone number so rather than try to swap them I returned them for a refund and made a new purchase from a different company. Cost me £10 in delivery and return postage. Would never use USC again.”

“An item on your website which I ordered and paid for. You said where it was to be delivered. On the first day I was told it had been delayed by a day, on the second I was told that it could not be delivered (it was a pair of shoes!) and was being returned to you. You did not offer to re-deliver! I can only assume that you did not have in stock and were to embarrassed to tell me. A shambles”

“I'd give a zero but there wasn't the option. Delivery time is a joke. Been 8 days now and I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered to store. Won't be buying from them again”
