“Its been 7 working days. (so 9 days in total). And i still havent received a email to collect my order. Starting to worry about where my order it. And the payment for my items has been taken from my bank account.”

“I ordered a suitcase which was delivered in a timely fashion. However the way it was packaged was not good. It was wrapped in a thin plastic sack which arrived torn and scuffed so therefore could not protect the suitcase from the looking the same. Also the wheels were sticking out of the bag. I would have expected you to at least put bubble wrap around the case to buffer it in transport.”

“Still waiting for order to be delivered to the store where if I had had it delivered to my home address I would have had it by now. As it is a birthday present I'm hoping to receive it before Saturday. If this was a free service it would not be such an issue but it has cost as much as home delivery. For £2 more I could have gotten next day delivery, so far I have been waiting 9 days.”
