“These boots were not in perfect condition,the glue around the sole where the leather is joined has gaps,iam keeping the boots hoping the glue holds and they don't leak.i have today ordered another 3 pair as I do like the boots,so I hope these ones are perfect for 5 stars USC.ps sack the quality controller.”

“Shocking no customer service no one can help as I ordered kicker size 3 and paid next day delivery and received size 10 men’s shoes this was a week ago and I only. Got reply to email today and they want me to pay to return it !!!! Joke”

“I usually don't have a problem with the sizing of clothes from USC but when I ordered 2 bikinis size 8 they were more like age 8 years! I had to pay £4.99 delivery and then £2.95 to send them back!”

“Unfortunately my parcel wasn’t delivered on the 20/09/18 courier said it was delivered and signed for when it was not. Still waiting for investigation to be carried out by Hermes I am rating this good as I have had replies back from USC but no resolution yet”

“I ordered two pairs of trainers to combine shipping as you have to pay for delivery. Only to have one pair delivered and find out at that point that the other pair were out of stock. They should have told me this at the point of ordering. Im not paying for another delivery. I'll go elsewhere!”

“Great site, best price for items were definitely with USC. Delivery was quick. Only issue was that the security tag was on an item that I ended up forceably removing which destroyed one of the items.”
