“If I could I’d give 0 stars.... I placed my order over a week ago and paid for next day delivery and my order still hasn’t arrived and you’re asking me for a review having not responded to any of my complaint emails. Once my order arrives I will be returning it for a full refund as I don’t want to give my money to a company who can’t process a delivery within a week never mind paying for next day delivery.”

“I purchased 3 items, one of which was a Hugo Boss Shirt guided as a regular fit, as I'm well built gentlemen I need regular fit, it wouldn't fasten over my chest, which I have returned, just waiting for the funds to go back into my account. I also purchased a Lacoste regular fit shirt,, which fitted fine. Delivery and communication was prompt.”

“Didn’t get the items I ordered even after two weeks and only when I enquired why I was told that one of the item I ordered was out of stock. I cancelled my order and USC refunded my money quickly.”

“after i recieved an email stating my order was in store i collected on the tuesday, i then recieved a call on thursday saying they got my order mixed up then i they had asked to drop the mixed up parcel off because the couldnt pick it up from myself. absolutely disgusting customer service.”

“I brought some lacoste boots for my husband. They are perfect. It was a great, fast ordering process. I had the item within days. And considering it was over a weekend they were despatched and delivered very quick. Great service and a pleasant transaction through out. Thank you.”

“I was very disappointed with the state of some of the items, the packaging looked like a child had packed them and on a couple of the clothing items it looked like coffee or tea stains had been spilt on them, so sorry but I couldn't rate you any higher. I have sent most of the items back !!”
