“I ordered 3 polo shirts but then received email after couple of days that 1 was out of stock. So I ordered another one for delivery. Unfortunately i was charged for both the deliveries. I thought maybe the system was not able to recognise this and paid for the delivery cost on both occasions I expected there would be an email at a later stage with apology and atleast the delivey cost refund But seems like I have to write this review to put my feelings across I don’t want the delivery cost but abit more gratitude will not go unnoticed”

“Products & pricing are great - your choice of delivery company is beyond useless. Hermes tried to deliver at the same time on three consecutive work days and then after the third time returned it to you. There was NO contact number left as per the 'sorry we missed you' form (picture attached) and on the Hermes site there is no way of advising to leave in the porch etc.. These trainers were ordered for a holiday & now we will not have them in time.”

“The delivery was very prompt; however, the item that arrived is not what’s shown on your website. I sent a first email explaining this, which was responded to asking for photos, so I replied as requested. I’ve not heard back and have since re-sent the email, but still no response. Please can someone look into this.”

“Awful service, still awaiing a response from an email to customer service from 3 days ago and had to chase up already. Paid £7.99 for a Saturday delivery which did not happen. Ordered 3 items online to then be told only 2 in stock and failed delivery.”

“Paid 4.99 for delivery. After 5 days I email to find out where my delivery is. No response at all from customer services even tho I was supposed to get a response from 1 to 3 days. Delivery arrived on the 7th day. Quite a long time consider my ASOS delivery was free and only took 3 days !!!”

“Item came very quickly. My son is happy with his new coat and fits very well. He is usually a medium but we got a large which doesn't look too big and he can wear a jumper under it ok. I am very happy with the item and fast delivery.”

“The item arrived as promised but, The packaging had been torn open and the polo shirt just screwed up in it and not folded. I assume this was a return from someone, but not the way a new customer should receive goods. I am unsure if I’ll use you again. Carl”

“I ordered something and it’s nor came right size (I ordered 25/32, and to me came 26/32). I wrote messages on faxebook and emails trying to explain, had to pay delivery AGAIN (15€) to get back something that I didn’t ordered. I will never order anything from you again because I’m very dissatisfied.”
