“The delivery service of usc would be better improved if it didnt use Hermes as its courier as it had bad reviews in terms of their delivery. It’s better if usc uses Royal Mail, Dpd, or Parcelforce as most post office accept parcels from them. I got mine delivered to my nearest post office not knowing they dont take Hermes. So they rejected my parcel and requested for it to be returned. Long story short I ended up ordering the same items and got it delivered to my nearest store point.”

“Ordered 1 pair of slides and they came but where the wrong size (too small) so i gave them to my Mrs. Thought id try again and order 2 pairs of a different make and guess what!! Wrong size again, bag size size 8's and the slides are a 6 & 7. Not good enough USC. I will be returning them today and Hopefully i will get the right size's sent to me. If not wont do online shopping with USC again!!”

“Having bought a pair of trainers online, I had them delivered for collection to a nearby store. That worked very well; that delivery collection system works perfectly. However, you are charged £4.99 for that service which would be ok but for the fact that the very large stores don't seem to have a lot of stock - despite what it look slike in the stores - requiring you to go online in the first place. Then you get a £5 voucher to spend in stores - when you've gone online because the stores don't have the stock. The stores look well stocked - but aren't. Thats the case for two very large, nearby stores here.”

“Paying 5£ to pick up myself from a sports direct store is not appropriate, even if I get 5£ cash back to spend in the store. It’s like giving you a free 5£ loan and also be bound to buy again from your strore. No wonder why sportdirect is doing bad according to recent news.”

“Not happy that not only did it cost me 5 pounds for delivery.... but another 5 pounds to return the item back! You should be able to return in stores. Putting customers off ordering again.”
