“I’m still waiting on my order I got sent the wrong item I’m waiting on a Tommy Jeans White polo top but instead I was sent a vest it’s embarrassing the service I’ve received is very poor quality and don’t think I would order from USC again I have sent the vest back which has cost me postage due to your mistake ! Sorry but this is how I feel the picture of the polo top below was not what I received I’m still waiting for it to arrive Regards John Mackay”

“I spent around 300 and I didnt get the items. I've emailed them about it twice and I am yet to receive a reply and they keey ignoring my emails.”

“Mixed review I’m afraid, A previous order still hasn’t arrived ! A reebok T-shirt was filthy and had a stain on the neck! And other clothing was way too small for the size on the label But that said the stuff that did fit was great and at a reasonable price”

“My parcel was never delivered. Hermes update said package was damaged before it was delivered. I have no idea what the status is. I sent a message to USC customer services. No response. This needs to be rectified or I will take action.”

“Delivery information after purchase is poor. Only after I’d sent an email to request some kind of idea of the estimated delivery date having already waited 5 days with no contact did I receive a generic notification. An actual reply to my request email came around four days after delivery, notifying me I’d had my delivery!!!??? “Ya think”?”

“Ordered police jeans and a superdry jumper I got the jumper but got a T-shirt instead of the jeans I ordered , I sent a email and still no reply from yourselves, don’t think I should pay return fees as this is a fault from one of your staff”
