“Not able to communicate over telephone. Have to reach customer care via email. Customer care provide generic answers. It takes days and days to resolve an issue.”

“Very good service and delivery time. Also very quick to acknowledge returned items and process a refund. It's a shame that click and collect from a store isn't free and after paying for delivery that I also had to pay postage fee to return items.”

“I was sent the wrong colour trainers! The picture clearly shows them grey and white, but the description says navy by which time I had collected. I haven’t sent back due to the cost of delivery in the first place.”

“Good easy to use app. Could be bit better by allowing users to go back to previous pages/section instead going back to the start menu. Also you need to allow people to add more items into the basket and still give next day delivery. I think you cap it at 17/18 items before you only allow standard delivery. Apart from that overall great shopping experience. Thanks for the constant improvements.”
