“Great selection of clothing and footwear. I mainly shop in the sale items. The most annoying thing is the website states your size is in stock, so you place your order only to find out a day or two later that its out of stock and your order is cancelled....??.”

“The item and price were great, though I ordered another item and it was cancelled a few days later as apparently it was out of stock; this was disappointing. I find postage to be quite expensive compared to the typical £3-£4 like most places.”

“Shopping was easy ordering was not a bother but returning items 😡 Ordered three different jackets for style and fit the one my husband preferred unfortunately was damaged , Hermes delivered the parcel so don't know why they can't pick up to return. I YOUR CUSTOMER had to pay to return the goods by royal mail at a cost of £13-14 NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER”

“your web site is buggy i when i checked out it didnt keep my house number on to send my item even tho it was coz i didnt join the site it bugged your staff made sure they blamed me i just offereed custum id never shop here again blaming the people ur trying to sell to stuff for comapey mistakes? poor poor poor never again”

“Very good prices and selection of clothes. A lot of clothes don't have pictures of people wearing them, so it is hard to decide what to buy. But when I needed to return the refund and exchange took place quickly.”
