“Appauling ordered a pair of fire trap boots, usc sent one boot then I had to pay the privilege of £2.95 to send the one boot back! Absolute joke”

“Ordering on the website as easy and quick however I don’t agree with being charged for it being delivered to the store when other stores don’t charge for this service. Went to collect it at the store and the girl on the till had no customer service what so ever.”

“Good products, good value. But poor processes. Placed a large order online, all my items showing in stock. Got an email a few days later from USC to say 1 item is out of stock and they've removed it from my order. Same item is STILL showing in-stock on their site, even though they have none and know they have none. I emailed asking if I could re-order when back in stock and if they'd cover the postage fee, as I'd already paid £4.99 postage on the first order. Straight NOPE from their customer service, even though its their website and stock management at fault. They're going make me pay another £5 postage to buy this item again separately when it comes back. Bad customer service.”

“Ordered a large Lacoste sweatshirt. Sent me a medium and now there are no larges left to exchange with. Hermes said they would deliver between 4pm - 6pm I got in at 3.50pm to ensure I was home to collect the delivery but the courier had been at 3.40.”

“Ordered a pair of jeans over 1 week ago and still have not received the item or had any update, the website has no contact number so I've emailed and need to wait another 3 days. Avoid at all costs I am now treating this as fraud and having PayPal pull the money back”

“Usually I really like USC but now it happened twice than once the order was already made they sent me a notice that one of the items is out of stock They didn't charge me but I remained without trainers.I could order new one but then I have to one again pay for delivery which costs me every time 16€.”
