“U text me two days after my order telling me I was able to collect my parcel so I went to the store .no parcel returned to the store the day after still no parcel 5 days later I collected the parcel after paying £5.99 or £6.99 I felt it was not that great”

“Good clothing range at good prices. Only negative about USC is you have to pay to return items. Cost me £14 to return a parcel. ASOS dont charge to return items. So will still do the majority of my clothes shopping with them.”

“Amazing service!!! Ordered my jacket in the sale (50% off) late on a Friday -received it the following Monday (using standard delivery!!!). Well pleased with my purchase - I highly recommend shopping online at USC!”

“The actual delivery went well and the shoes were lovely however they have to be returned as they are far too big, far bigger size than was listed as UK shoe size. This has then incurred heavy return postage costs that usc won't pay. Not that happy and wouldn't use again.”

“Delivery...... expensive but good Goods.......... very poorly packaged, some not even in packaging. Return policy....... very expensive 2 send goods back, very poor return policy. Overall....... spent a lot of money on your site, unfortunately I won't be spending anymore........”

“very good and fast shipping. quality is very good. my issue was with DHL they charged me around 10 USD, which is something I didn't expect. so DHL they said it is a clearance fee!! which is other companies don't charge for that .”

“Not sure about your sizing for the converse sweaters think it's more American. However I spent quite a lot on my order n I was quite pleased with my purchases . One of my items had a little snag on it.”
