“Paid for next day delivery but came Day after expected, also the box the trainers was in has completely fallen apart, had to put it a different box as it was a gift, product itself was very reasonably priced and good quality.”

“Product is good, and delivered on time but UCS need to take more care with packaging of products when sending internationally. I have had 2 packages arrive this week from UCS and the packaging has been atrocious with no care taken at all which is disappointing.”

“have Not even received my goods yet I've been emailing and phoning it's been 5 days now I still haven't received anything the poor mismanagement of customer service has been very unhelpful I have only one option but if only ombudsman because I don't feel as though I've been taken seriously If I spend over £60 worth in your shop and still haven't received my goods online I don't know what to do about it they said it'd be thrown over the gate they having a last neighbours and I were they are I'm still trying to contact customer service email in them several times I don't know what to do next is very very poor service”

“My initial order was for Uk 2xl Lacoste jacket. USC sent a 2xl US size. Which was to small. The jacket was for a birthday present. Very disappointed that I had to pay for the initial postage. Then to return it. And then to buy a different jacket. Postage cost £21 in total.”
