“I have placed several orders with USC over the past year and am becoming increasingly disappointed with the service.. The past two orders have arrived with key items missing, after contacting USC i was advised the items were "out of stock" Why are items listed as available on the website sale and able to be purchased if they are not actually in stock? this is misleading and only causes disappointment. On my previous order the most expensive item, a Hilfiger polo shirt arrived with the plastic security tag still on it, reluctant to return the item that i had been looking forward to wearing that weekend, i broke off the security tag which resulted in a hole being left in the shirt. Although i could have sent the item back the security tag should not have been left on it in the first place ? Very frustrating and disappointing I also find the postage charges to be some what excessive, particularly if you only order a few items and then some of them don't even show up!!! Despite these issues i do like the selection of brands that you supply and your sales offer some good bargains (if they actually turn out to be in stock)”

“Do not buy from this company! I would give zero stars but had to give at least one. My order never arrived! I was told that I had received and signed for it but upon checking the tracking the parcel was signed for in my name but not by me and is not my signature! have contacted both the courier and USC to request a replacement or refund and to date have received nothing. Not only has my signature been fraudulently signed but I am out of pocket by £50 and have not received my goods. Appalling customer service and will never use again. After 6 days I am still unable to speak to anyone about this!”

“Usc is fantastic, however i think they shouldnt be charging for online shopping to be delivered. Most other places dont charge. Thats my own downfall with it. They should only charge if you spend under £20. Ive spoke to alot of people about this and they have agreed.”

“Order was made on the 30/1 for next day delivery and it is now the 7/2 and still not received my order. I have emailed and had reply only from automated service, poor customer service as I feel these sort of issues should be dealt with very promptly. How do I claim a refund since I haven’t received my order????? 0/10”

“Missing delivery paid 140 and have received nothing. In despute with Hermes, takes forever for an answer email only. I will be using an alternative competitor and recommended everyone to stay away”
