“So I shopped with USC for the very first time and found quite a lot of choice for the items I was searching for, which were shirt sleeved shirts. The only problem I have and this is not the fault of USC is that not all sizes are the same. What I mean by this is as follows: I can buy three shirts of the same fit from three different brand names in an extra large and one will fit when the other two will be too tight. As far as USC is concerned, my shoppong experience was good. I have some items to return so will amend this review once I have completed the return process.”

“Order turned up next day as planned however i was disappointed that my shoes were the left and right of two different styles! I’ve had to go out my way to re-order, then again to post the other one’s back and then wait for a refund. Customer service is non-existant, the lady was very helpfull just her hands were tied to what she was actually allowed to offer. It’s all very unusual as in the shop they check and double check shoes.”

“Paid for next day delivery as it was a gift for a birthday. Received it 4 days later! USC refunded the charge but this did not save my embarrassment at not having gift on the day.”
