“I was sent the wrong order in the box and there was no other way than to contact you via email. I now have the send the shoes back & wait for new ones which i need asap for going on holiday”

“Not completely satisfied because most of items received were not clean and were probably tried in the store. The return policy is not good and need to be improved. direct delivery prices are a bit higher”

“I was very disappointed USC clothes send them back and I pay 2nd class £5.10 from post office I just thought should be free post send back! Scott menwear was free post it’s good no pay post!”

“The Armani shorts arrived but the were meant to be Grey but actually turned out the be Blue!... Not happy especially when you don’t have time to do exchange before you go away.. Disappointed 😔”

“Usually very good service..ordered two separate orders first delayed because of back order said delivery on 1st of may or day after ok understandable then when order was processed two items were out of stock so removed recieved part order on the 10th May and then the item that was on back order arrived separately on the 13th May with holes in the back of t-shirt..second order paid for next day delivery on the 3rd of may received 14th of may no notification that order was going to be delayed very disappointed with service”

“Absolutely terrible service it took 3 weeks for my delivery and the money was taken from my bank then two weeks for a refund Overall absolutely terrible experience I will never order from USC ever again”

“The postage and packaging is very expensive compared to other sites. The picture on the site shows the shoes I bought as a different colour and I didn’t receive any paperwork in the parcel, shambles! I’m still waiting for a reply from you.”
