“Ordered a shoes online. I did not like at and went to USC at Edinburgh Princess street to change it for another one. Choose an alternative boot I liked at asked for the right size. The shoes with the right size was not at all same as the display one. The staffs were less friendly and could not offer more help in this. Very dissappointed.”

“Had to come to the top floor of 4 story sports direct store to get my parcel the lifts did not work and I have sciatica so think it’s a bit of an outrage that staff can not bring a parcel to you, then to add insult to injury I had to purchase a bag to put it in as the bag my items came in was large with no handle and would have been impossible to carry, won’t be ordering again”
