“The website was easy to use. But the delivery service has been shocking, they said the item would be delivered on Friday and now it won’t be delivered until next week. On both Thursday & Friday it was put in the van for delivery & not delivered.”

“Paid for next day delivery at lunch time one Friday which cost £7 as the items I needed weren’t in stock in the sizes I needed, and I needed them by Sunday. They were due Saturday, never arrived. Didn’t arrive sundy, and didn’t arrive Monday as it was bank hol. So paid for next day delivery on the Friday and didn’t receive the birthday presents for Sunday until Tuesday. Emailed a complaint and got no reply.”

“Je commandais souvent chez vous, et cette fois-ci, le livreur a donné notre colis à un voisin qu’on ne connaît pas, sans nous avoir prévenu. Je suis très déçue de cette expérience avec le livreur. Si le voisin ne nous avait pas prévenu, nous n’aurions jamais vu notre colis.”

“Order was promptly despatched once confirmed and email updates kept me abreast of intended delivery. Unfortunately the items ordered don’t fit and I’d already thrown returns invoice away. A quick email to customer services, and a fresh invoice was sent enabling me to return goods before the end of the period given to do so. No fuss.”

“Delivery chargers.... think there should be a free delivery when you spend over a certain amount like other company's also charging for collection needs to be looked into this should always be free but was £5.99 and delivery was £4.99?”
