“I give usc a 4 due too not receiving one of my items in my order and one item being dirty, I had 2 separate orders delivered on the same day, the other order was perfect, the customer service are dealing with my missing item order and have been corresponding with me via email so have no complaints there hence the high score”

“I just done returned item and “I have told the item is faulty and they give me a refund and didn’t say the item out of stock “ and I spent £6.99 for a delivery and spent £6 to return the faulty item , how dare the customer service are.Never spent money on this company again!”

“I was please with my order however the item happened to be bigger than expected. I will happily send it back for an exchange although not too happy that the exchange or sending the item back costs me even more money.”

“I ordered a pair of jeans and paid for next day delivery, the jeans were delivered the next day as agreed but was the wrong size. I then re-ordered the jeans in the next size up, as my size wasn't available, I again paid for next day delivery......the jeans turned up 4 days later and again was the wrong size! I was offered the chance to return the goods and usc would reimburse me the charges after I'd gave them proof of postage. I found the whole experience of shopping and dealing with usc completely unsatisfactory, in fact it was dam right amature. I won't be ordering from usc or going into any of their outlets in future, the very least they should have done was reimbursed the next day delivery fee £6.99 I will share my experiences of usc amongst friends and work colleagues and advise them to give usc a miss and spend their hard earned money else where.”

“I like your store and would like to rate it as "very good", but the processing of last order was a bit disappointing. I've ordered goods on 20.02.2019, and I've received the parcel on 08.03.2019 (usualy delivery takes only 2-3 days) and 2 of 6 items were not delivered (that is more than 30%). Also must say, that delivery cost for EU in amount of 16,00 EUR is much too expensive for parcel of 4 items (also for the whole shipment). I will think about order again. Kind regards Kristina”

“Not great! Ordered top which arrived (next day delivery paid for) , wrong size so sent back for an exchange, size I wanted was out of stock and waiting well over a week for a refund. Won’t be using again”

“I was sent an incorrect perfume and it was faulty I had to pay to send the item back. Other items were good delivery was quick I paid extra for next day delivery but couldn’t gift the perfume as it was incorrect so the error ruined my experience, not sure If I will use again.”
