“All straightforward as is the case with most online shopping experiences these days. The delivery charges are quite expensive considering how long the order processing and eventual delivery takes. The fact that one is expected to pay for returns is also a negative as there are so many outlets out there that offer free returns, and free delivery in many instances, also. Even next day guaranteed delivery charges are often cheaper than the standard delivery charge USC offers.”

“I clicked and collected and got, I think, a much better price than the in-store offer and although I still had to pay £5 for ‘delivery’ I did get an equivalent voucher. My order came within 3 or 4 days, less than the predicted 10 ad I’m really pleased with my Puma Easy Rider trainers which look great and are fantastically comfortable.”
