“I ordered a pair of trainers, and received a email saying my parcel had been signed for, when I spoke to my neighbours nobody had signed for it, I emailed USC customer service who told me the delivery person had advised them they left in in my porch which they didn't. After informing them of this they told me there was nothing they could do and to take it up with my bank about my payment?? So now I have no parcel and USC customer service telling me there is nothing else they can do!”

“I am disappointed with USC experience, I ordered 2 pairs of trainers, one I wanted to keep but requested different size, which I checked and was available online every day since I posted return items, After few days I got full refund and no exchange, with explanation item in size I wanted was out of stock, I went on the website immediately, and it was available for online purchase, just as it was previous days (I was checking every day, few times a day) Not gonna order again, as paying £10 for a parcel is a bit too much, I bought my trainers elsewhere.”

“I’m so disappointed with the quality of the goods I’ve received, certainly not the Calvin Klein quality I’m used to, not only have I paid for postage to receive my goods, I now have to pay again to return them, not very happy.”

“Very disappointed to be honest. I order a number of items, made a payment AND received confirmation of my order. The next day, i received an email informing me that a number of the items i had ordered had sold out, despite my order. The day after, (2 days after my initial order) i received another email informing me that a number of other items i had ordered have also sold out!! I have since been on the website and the items are still listed as being available in the sizes i ordered! I probably would not have even bothered to place an order had i known that over 50% of my original order would be cancelled! Very disappointed.”

“SHOCKING. Unable to cancel order after items not available. Customer service non existent. 3 day delay on each reply. Have to Pay for delivery, and pay for returns. Will NEVER shop with USC again.”
