“The delivery was 5 pound and took 5 days I don’t know many places that do that. Plus spending 90 pound on a jumper at least thought it would be free delivery”

“The content of the product description is poor. At no point was there any information to suggest the product was slim fit. Unfortunately i have had to return both pairs of jeans at my own expense when i may not have purchased them in the first place. You are not alone in poor product listing.”

“Paid £44 for a top which arrived price labelled as £33 When queried with customer services was basically told “tough luck, we don’t have to do anything about it”. Whilst that may be legally correct, from a customer service angle it’s shocking so highly unlikely to return”
