“Item ordered was delivered quickly but had to be returned for a different size as it was US sized which is smaller than European sizes. This was a birthday present so I needed to be sure that a replacement was going to arrive on time. NO PHONE NUMBER!!! COULD NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE!!! Turned out that the size was not available so got refunded. Purchased elsewhere. TOO MANY COMPANIES DO NOT HAVE PHONE NUMBERS!!! SOMETIMES YOU NEED TO SOEAK TO A PERSON AS THE FAQ ON THE WEBSITE DOESN'T COVER EVERYTHING!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!”
