“I ordered a number of items for my partner for his birthday. All in plenty of time. I did this because I was unable to get to the shops as I had broken my ankle. Aside from one item I was told a few days later via e mail that the other orders had been cancelled because they were out of stock. This is despite being available when I ordered them and this was confirmed. I was left with only one gift. Awful service and it would seem no phone contact details to complain. I will not be ordering from you again and neither will any of my friends.”

“No fuss, easy to use site. Good communication and excellent pick up from store option. Would be nice to have reduced or free postage for store collection. But overall, good shopping experience.”

“Received wrong item and returned to manager at store . Customer services want to make me wait 14 days for refund even though they have order back and wrong item , got refund after asking for manager and still waiting on my £10 goodwill gesture so will have to call them back once again ..”

“Received my items a day earlier than stated, which I was really happy with. However upon opening the bag which contained three items I was disappointed to see one of the items wasn't individually wrapped like the other two. And that it was covered in marks which I now need to send back. It has tags on it but almost looks like it's been worn with black marks around the neck and a yellow, glue type mark on the stomach area.”

“Although it took a while for the order to be processed and then posted I have no complaints, expect being charged for postage - didn’t resize companies still did that. Overall experience is fine.”

“Still haven't received my order even though it was dispatched 6 days ago and due to arrive 2 days ago. Tried phoning customer services at 10.15 on a Saturday only to get an answer machine saying they were open between 9am and 5pm, then hung up on me. Not impressed!!”
