“Good products but delivery and refund charges are just too much. I wont be using again.”

“Ordered a jumper, £91 and a pair of jeans only to be told that they have ran out of stock of the jumper in my size and only sent me the jeans. Already paid the £5 delivery! If the app would have told me the jumper was out of stock I would have looked for another one! Very annoyed at the whole situation. Weather they offer me free delivery or not, it’s another day I will have to make sure I’m in the house and more environmentally unfriendly I.e another delivery van having to drive to the house. They also told me on the phone that they can’t be held accountable for being out of stock, but the website told me they were in stock and let me continue to buy and only told me once the items had been shipped! Therefor yes they are accountable!”

“The Boots I ordered were not the same colour as shown. When email them about it I got an email back saying sorry that you believe you didn't receive the right boots. To then have to send pictures of the boots and the ones they are advertising to show they are different to get a response of a return slip.”

“There was no updates on my order that I placed online so I was worried if it was going to turn up on time, then when I received my order there was a security tag still atattached to the Lacoste shorts, I then had to travel down to the Birkenhead store to get them to remove it which could have cost me the £6:99 delivery that I paid! I ordered online so I didn't have to go into the store which I ended up doing anyway!”

“Needed to buy A pair of Reebok classic black boot trainers could not find them any where went to A sports shop in Gravesend the sales person told me to try USC I had never been on the web site before but found it really easy to use and I got the trainers that I wanted and the size I did click and collect that was easy too .”

“Collected parcel from sports direct for birthday present for my dad he opened the package and ally eh box was ripped and the shoes were dirty and had marks on but my dad didn’t want to cause a fuss so disappointed”

“Although I was pleased with the three items I purchased my son - the one item he wanted to wear today he couldn’t as it still has a security tag attached to it that we obvs can’t remove. Am fuming that although I paid for home delivery I now have to travel ten miles to the shop and pay for parking to have the tag removed!!!!!”
