USC Delivery charged is to much I like to shop with USC but Delivery charge puts me off there is other shops on line offers free delivery and returns

Service was terrible, I ordered trainers and then got an email 2 days later saying they were not in stock. I then had a t shirt delivered which was not covered in anything other than the delivery bag and it was covered in dirt at the bottom looking like it had been stood on before being sent. Had to wash it before wearing. Won't be using USC again

Not happy with the quality of the items, they felt cheap. So I’ve send them all back for refund, they haven’t payed me back the delivery cost.(£7) it also costed me £11 to send the items back, so Ive spend £18 for just nothing, will never use this website ever again.

I haven't receive my order and is been 3weeks now and I can't call them because they ain't got a number. Only email and they take 3days just to answer one question 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Disappointed

when my order arrived and was un packaged all of the garments I ordered were creased and in a poor state, they were clearly packed in the warehouse in a hurry with minimal care. This is the second time this has happened with an order from usc and not the service you would expect if the items were bought on the high street. I'm very disappointed with this service especially with the high cost of delivery that you charge. This will be my final purchase online from usc!

Everything . Wrong how colour and also paid for next day delivery ordered before 6pm Friday £6.99 extra and didn’t receive until the following Tuesday .. I then send off two emails And both ignored

The jacket arrived faulty with no studs buttons on it. I then found it for 50% cheaper else where so have returned to you and purchased from there. received from the other company on next day delivery and the jacket was fit for purpose.

One of my items looked like a previous return. Box damaged, item poorly “repackaged” .. still had security tag. Completely unacceptable.

Items where not delivered. Hermes tried to deliver the items a day later than the one day delivery I had payed for then claime they were unable to to before returning them to USC without try to contact me.

My jumper turned up with what appeared to be a cigarette burn in the arm and then I had to pay to return it. To make matters worse I was then told a replacement was out of stock.

Dear customer team, I really regret, disappointed and feel sorry that I choose your online store.Read carefully my feedback below and give an answer ASAP how can I receive my money back including all my expenses -all expenses covered from your side without any delay from your side. Be inform that аll shoes were defective- BOSS shoes are with big hole and scratches. Sneakers G star (43 EU size)-one from the pairs looks like weared and dirty. CK blue lady sneakers after first wear became unstuck and are with very bad quality, fake.. Unfortunatelly, I can not reurn them due to your policy (14 days period for returning expired),so think about compensation it's absolutely unacceptable for brand new shoes. If you are not take the necessary measures I will inform competent autorithy and will share my negative opinion. I hope to resolve the problem quit and immediately. how many times i send email how to send some items back and i got same answer Thank you for your email. We will endeavour to respond to your query at the earliest opportunity, normally within 1-3 working days. I was sent the wrong order after paying the expensive 6.99 next day delivery charge. I then phoned customer services to get the correct order sent out for the next day as I needed it for a particular occasion. The order was still sent late and I had to buy other items from elsewhere.
