I still have not received my items . You emails me saying of been delivered but still not got it ! Please can you try and resolve this or I will have to request a refund

Don't ever shop here, they dont respond to your emails or take days to, didnt get full refund. WORST customer service.

I ordered my partner 2 pairs of jeans to try on, as I also did from another shop to see which he preferred and to prevent taking our new born son to shops unnecessarily. Unfortnatley Neither were suitable so I had to return them. I was so shocked that the returns were at the customers expense. It cost just under 8 pound. Think this is terrible customer service and will deffinelty put me off ordering in the future.

The jeans I ordered looked nothing like the picture, I don't think that I should have to pay for delivery and return due to the picture nothing like what I received. I spent £10 on postage with nothing to show for it. I have shopped online many times before I've not experienced this before I will not be ordering anything else as I think its wrong

Ordered items with discount code which was 15% off purchased my items . And you charged me the original price . Then sent 5 different emails to explain what you did and still haven’t received a reply

Very poor customer service trying to rob me off my money order was placed and by mistake I put wrong address now all they saying is they can’t do anything absolutely ridiculous

Ordered numerous garments On receipt I opened up the bags to find the correct sizes I ordered on the actual packaging of 2 garments but the totally incorrect size of clothing . Very poor .

Trainers I received had a white mark around the shoe above the sole. Returned and waiting on response. However disappointed to find out I was expected to pay postage for faulty good to be returned. All other companies I have used have sent prepaid stickers.

Charge £5 delivery and £4 return if not wanted TOO SMALL.. Tried to return to Sports Direct (same company) would only give credit note WHY? NO REASON TO NOT GIVE REFUND Sticking to fair companies in future. Cheap and nasty.

Items took a long time to be delivered. 1 item never came and was cancelled. I was also charged twice! Took over a week to get sorted.

Ordered lots of things online (a good few hundred) and expected deliveries and returns to be free like lots of other sites i’ve used. I tried to cancel my order straight away and was unable to. When a staff member got in contact with me, I was advised to use the chat which I tried to do but I got a robot. I’m really unhappy with the service fact that I’ve had to pay out delivery and returns on an order that I wanted to cancel. I wouldn’t advise using this site. The delivery was also a day lat which was really inconvenient.

USC are used to be a very good place to buy clothing 2 years ago. But unfortunately now they don’t really care they sent the wrong and damaged items so be aware they use delivery service not safe so you get attempt bags open delivery dirty clothes I have evidence to prove that but still they don’t care . So think really careful before you purchase anything .

Has to be one star, items still not arrived, minimal contact from courier company. USC still investigating where my deliver is and now concerned that items I ordered won’t be in stock if I need to re-order. Not a great first experience
