No free delivery no free returns spent over £300

Very poor service. I purchased Tommy Hilfiger and Boss underwear along with other purchases amounting over £500. All the underwear was in individual boxes and the state of the boxes was unbelievable as they were crushed and seemed to be opened. For an item this expensive and due to the current pandemic the boxes were not sealed either to identify if they were actually brand new and no one has had there hands all over them especially with it being an online order as you can understand if it has been on a shelf instore. You cannot ring customer service so I sent an email to which I have had no reply. I wanted to ask as I am aware of the return policy for underwear you cannot return due to health and safety standards and hygiene but it is OK for USC to send underwear which looks like returns / rejects. A very bad experience. Poor customer value.

Ordered large Tommy Hilfiger briefs , returned and got resent 3 times because on the box it states large but the contents are medium , still only got medium , we said just send XL they will prob come as large . Usc sent a email saying that they won’t be resending me the correct size . Poor service , won’t be shopping here again .

Delivered wrong top. Then no stock so ordered a pair of jeans. Delivered wrong size jeans. Complained and sent back. They then sent right size but different colour. I give up and wouldn’t buy anything online again.

I ordered 38 regular and received 34 regular???? Label says 38 regular but on the actual jeans their 34 waist 32 leg. Absolute disgrace

Ordering online was easy. I got my goods and one of the jeans had the security tag still attached. I contacted customer services on the website but still have not had a response.

Terrible customer service. 3 of the items I ordered were the wrong size, with the tag on the clothes not matching the label and so had to return. Contacted customer services to try to recoup the £5 returns delivery and was told that there had been no error identified. As stated labels and sizes on top did not match but clearly this had not actually been looked at. Will think twice about ordering again.

Items arrived on time and one item still had the security tag attached. Contacted customer service to resolve the issue and was not given any apology just told to return the item for a refund!! Item returned over 5 days ago and still not received the refund. Won’t be ordering again as I’ve found the same item elsewhere but cheaper!

Wish I could leave a good review, but ordered by goods a week ago and have two issues: - two of the items I was charged for, then got an email to say they were out of stock afterwards which was so disappointing - I still haven’t received my order despite paying for next day delivery. Hermes are not giving me or USC any updates and a week later I don’t have my items nor have I received a refund. Absolute joke and nearly £200 out of pocket!

Not a good review unfortunately.. pair of trainers reduced thought I was getting for a good price, they arrived then I understood why.. really bad fit most uncomfortable trainers iv ever worn! Can I return??
