Delivered wrong top. Then no stock so ordered a pair of jeans. Delivered wrong size jeans. Complained and sent back. They then sent right size but different colour. I give up and wouldn’t buy anything online again.

I ordered 38 regular and received 34 regular???? Label says 38 regular but on the actual jeans their 34 waist 32 leg. Absolute disgrace

Ordering online was easy. I got my goods and one of the jeans had the security tag still attached. I contacted customer services on the website but still have not had a response.

Terrible customer service. 3 of the items I ordered were the wrong size, with the tag on the clothes not matching the label and so had to return. Contacted customer services to try to recoup the £5 returns delivery and was told that there had been no error identified. As stated labels and sizes on top did not match but clearly this had not actually been looked at. Will think twice about ordering again.

Items arrived on time and one item still had the security tag attached. Contacted customer service to resolve the issue and was not given any apology just told to return the item for a refund!! Item returned over 5 days ago and still not received the refund. Won’t be ordering again as I’ve found the same item elsewhere but cheaper!

Wish I could leave a good review, but ordered by goods a week ago and have two issues: - two of the items I was charged for, then got an email to say they were out of stock afterwards which was so disappointing - I still haven’t received my order despite paying for next day delivery. Hermes are not giving me or USC any updates and a week later I don’t have my items nor have I received a refund. Absolute joke and nearly £200 out of pocket!

Not a good review unfortunately.. pair of trainers reduced thought I was getting for a good price, they arrived then I understood why.. really bad fit most uncomfortable trainers iv ever worn! Can I return??

Charged me but later on received email items are out of stock so why don’t you remove them from your list waiting for refund, tried to contact thorough email no response.

Charged me £6.99 for next day delivery, turned up 5 days later....complained to customer services and no one has still come back to me regarding this. Will never use this company again.

I like USC but the delivery service is poor,wrong adress was on my order and tried to change it and was not allowed,wish I could have just spoken to someone rather than the email service,I got my parcels but was unable to change the address which was a massive inconvenience.

You sent the wrong item and I have had to pay to return it. I would like a refund for the item, the delivery postage and the return postage ASAP.

I received my order of a shirt and a pair of shorts, both of which are absolutely fine. My trainers only turned up with the left foot in the box. Not a lot of use unless I want to hop everywhere! I emailed customer service and almost a week later I still haven't had anyone contact me to resolve the problem. Not very happy with the after service!!!!!
