Hermes have had my order from the 6th and am still waiting usc has went right down hill since sport direct took over

It hasn't been delivered yet so unfortunately can't comment on the products yet. Should have been here 4 or 5 days ago buy is Still not with the courier

Ordered £150.00 clothes for grandsons Christmas presents. Hermes called whilst I was out. Sent a message to say delivered and left in porch (with photo)at 12.20. I have no porch! It was left on front step. When I arrived home at 4.30 ish there was no parcel. I live on a fairly main road. Anyone and everyone passing could see the parcel dumped at the front door. Have emailed your office to report this. This is the first and only time I will use your online sales system as I have not had a reply (tried Hermes too) but the money has been paid I go your account from mine but I do not have the goods ordered.

T shirt is fine but i had been charged delivery, which is unfair as i had to collect it from store, i contacted customer services and no response, wont be ordering anything again.

BEWARE.. Ordered 3 items for around £150.00 and it said unable to process order on my payment credit card, then tried paypal and that also said the same.... Within 30 minutes my bank contacted me saying possible fraudulent activity has taken place on your credit card and they immediately ceased my card and are currently sending a new one. This company has no contact numbers and they ignore emails. Been waiting 3 days for a reply to my emails.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...

I ordered items, couldnt apply the discount code, said my order didn't qualify for the discount, 200 pounds worth,, then my order came and one item still had a security tag on it. It took 4 or 5 days to get through the automated contact form to get a real response which was quite disappointing. Resolve was put at send back through post and re order item again! Had to push for a courier to collect and have a return item dispatched. Customer care and service is definately lacking.

I feel ripped off! I waited and bought £842 pounds worth of items on Black Friday on the pretence that I was going to receive a voucher of £20 for every £100 I spent, which I would have via email by December 4th. It is now December 8th and I haven’t heard anything back. To top it off you are now putting on a code for 20% off everything which would of saved me more money than the Black Friday deal. Don’t put the offer on if you’re not going to upheld the deal.

Absolutely terrible experience! They sent me the wrong item and are now not replying to me nor answering the store phone. I don't really know how you could run a business like this.

Paid for next day delivery on the 28/11/20 it's now the 5/12/20 and still no parcel send an email every day no response tried calling no answer so obviously lost £60

Bought a full price item during the Black Friday sales,it didn’t seem to me subject to any discounts.. made the purchase with USC as vouchers per £100 spent were on offer. Within a week of receiving the item a 20% off sale announced on all full price items.. didn’t receive the vouchers Relating to the purchase either

I paid for next day delivery to ensure I was in and it came a week later. No dispatch email. No access to tracking. Three emails sent and no response. I will not use this company again

Absolute worst site I've used ordered a jumper 10 days ago and still not received it! I have emailed asking about it and had zero response why and when it will be delivered as I have already stayed back from work waiting for it

Parcel was suppose to get delivered on Monday with hermes rescheduled it twice and still not arrived. Hermes or USC haven't even answered my emails.
