Still haven't recieved my parcel sent two emails and no reply was for my boyfriends birthday had to buy from another shop fuming customer service is rubbish

The worst online shopping experience. I returned the entire order, very poor quality, sizes do not match. Among the things ordered is a SoulCal Micro Bubble Jacket Ladies jacket that I knew how look like and what size I need because last year I bought the same one from the one store but because I feel very good with the jacket I said to buy another one different color and when o opened the parcel surprise on the label was my size but you could see with free eyes that its at least one size bigger the sleeves were sewn crookedly and the zipper was very wide and the quality of the material was not the same as the one I already have and it was thinner. I also ordered 2 pairs of jeans size 14 and they looked like they were size 18, the material was thin and cheap, the crooked seams were like jeans for riders (ie cracked legs). To be honest I don't even think that all the products are original. The quality is too low. in short, I will never order from this site again and I will not recommend it to anyone. I lost 23 pounds for shipping 7 pounds to receive the order and another 16 pounds cs to return it because they split my order in two when they sent it and I had to pay twice that there were 2 packages received instead of one as I ordered.

I ordered t shirts and sent them back for an exchange and have had no items replaced ive emailed them but had no response do not order from these people they don't even have a phone number im taking the matter further

Hi I ordered to hoodie’s 1 black and 1 grey, when they turned up they were both black. I also ordered some tee shirts 1 looked like it had been used already and put back in wrapper.

Never recurved my £350 order and no response from USC customer service a absolutely disgraced service and this is not my first experience of this and I have learnt a valid lesson not to order from them and when you do receive your order packages are always damaged and loook like reject stock I could go on and on but ain’t worth my time I will forward my concerns to ofcom

Clothes was ok but come to me with security tags still in place tried to contact you but no answer so now I'm left with a Lacoste jumper with a security tag on so not very impressed

I am very disappointed with USC I have paid for 3 pairs of shoes and was meant to arrive Wednesday 18th November 2020 it has not come and I have emailed Usc and hermes and had no reply tracking number 0986546015044086. Mr Parmar. I will be calling my bank for refund if my shoes do not get delivered.

I still haven't had my order which I ordered last Tuesday I have asked where my order is to customer services and I still haven't had a response. To be honest I'm not very happy at all as one of the items I ordered was a birthday present for my brother which has now passed. So to be honest I dont think I will ordering from usc again . To be honest I would like some compensation because come this Tuesday I will have placed my order two weeks ago which is just totally unacceptable as I've paid for delivery as well.

I have been trying to get in contact as my order is wrong. The wrong tshirt arrived. It had the correct name of the tshirt on the outside of the packaging but completly different tshirt inside even a different colour!! Could someone please contct me asap. Customer service is very poor!

Very poor communication and delivery was late when paid extra money but got refunded which toke days and also had a part of my order sent around 2 weeks after I ordered will never use this site again and clothes are bad quality for the money

Purchased items online. Recieved delivery to find price stickers on which were cheaper than what I had paid. Contacted customer service who refused to refund price difference

Yet again my order hasn’t arrived yet after ordering it on the 8th Nov. The same thing happened back in Sept to me when my order apparently got ‘lost at the warehouse’ resulting in a refund and it looks like the same might happen this time. Charged £4.99 for click and collect which is an absolute joke compared to other shops who don’t charge anything to collect from store. Absolutely fed up and won’t order from here again.
