Charge £5 delivery and £4 return if not wanted TOO SMALL.. Tried to return to Sports Direct (same company) would only give credit note WHY? NO REASON TO NOT GIVE REFUND Sticking to fair companies in future. Cheap and nasty.

Items took a long time to be delivered. 1 item never came and was cancelled. I was also charged twice! Took over a week to get sorted.

Ordered lots of things online (a good few hundred) and expected deliveries and returns to be free like lots of other sites i’ve used. I tried to cancel my order straight away and was unable to. When a staff member got in contact with me, I was advised to use the chat which I tried to do but I got a robot. I’m really unhappy with the service fact that I’ve had to pay out delivery and returns on an order that I wanted to cancel. I wouldn’t advise using this site. The delivery was also a day lat which was really inconvenient.

USC are used to be a very good place to buy clothing 2 years ago. But unfortunately now they don’t really care they sent the wrong and damaged items so be aware they use delivery service not safe so you get attempt bags open delivery dirty clothes I have evidence to prove that but still they don’t care . So think really careful before you purchase anything .

Has to be one star, items still not arrived, minimal contact from courier company. USC still investigating where my deliver is and now concerned that items I ordered won’t be in stock if I need to re-order. Not a great first experience

Wrong item sent twice then denied sending wrong item I’m sure after you said I ordered it wrong when I reordered made extra caution about what I ordered and still ant wrong item again refused to refund the postal money for return said it was my fault customer service was useless didn’t like the fact there’s no telephone number to speak to some one worst experience of on line shopping ever your nearest competitor was faultless with a wrong item sent never shop with usc again

Ordering experience was good, payment easy but no delivery contacted both delivery company and USC nothing, paid and no goods, no communication, no explanation!

I would ever again purchase any items for USC as the items I ordered were different to the items I received. The fact I had to pay for delivery and also return the items has only caused further frustration. Your customer service have dismissed the issue due to the statement “some garments may vary” whereas the garments are a different material.

Usc use a company to deliver parcels “Hermes”,well I never received my clothes and shoes and it’s been 3 weeks and I carnt contact usc and speak to a real person you can only email and the don’t get back to u at all I’ve emailed 6 times,plus I’ve had contact from Hermes my stuff was delivered to the wrong address they found this out from the couriers gps!,now I’ve not heard from them since,no clothes and out of pocket,ya better off buying from eBay!!,the courier took a picture of my front door/wrong front door!!

Really disappointed by USC service, ordered 2 jumpers both ‘in stock’ online however did not arrive as out of stock. When queried customer service said they would not come bk into stock as clearance, however they are still online to order. Should I have not ordered other items my £5 delivery charge would still have applied. Will never order from you again.

Very poor service. I purchased Tommy Hilfiger and Boss underwear along with other purchases amounting over £500. All the underwear was in individual boxes and the state of the boxes was unbelievable as they were crushed and seemed to be opened. For an item this expensive and due to the current pandemic the boxes were not sealed either to identify if they were actually brand new and no one has had there hands all over them especially with it being an online order as you can understand if it has been on a shelf instore. You cannot ring customer service so I sent an email to which I have had no reply. I wanted to ask as I am aware of the return policy for underwear you cannot return due to health and safety standards and hygiene but it is OK for USC to send underwear which looks like returns / rejects. A very bad experience. Poor customer value.

Ordered large Tommy Hilfiger briefs , returned and got resent 3 times because on the box it states large but the contents are medium , still only got medium , we said just send XL they will prob come as large . Usc sent a email saying that they won’t be resending me the correct size . Poor service , won’t be shopping here again .

Won't use again. Charging for next day delivery and can't deliver on time. No contact apart from messenger. Poor customer service.
