Ordered something with next day delivery 3 days later no sign. Rang and had an apology and refund of delivery charge, one week later still no parcel that was meant to be a birthday present. Won’t be shopping with them again

Worst customer service ever How can I buy a jacket and you send it to me with a security tag still attached and then expect me to run around to try and get it removed and offer me a paltry 5 pounds for my time and inconvenience Ridiculous At the end of the day I bought an item in good faith and have not been able to use if for over a week You also need to respond to a complaint or query quicker, how can I wait 3 days for a response ?

We took back a faulty bikini to the Doncaster store hoping to get it replaced, unfortunately they had sold out. They told us we could only bring the top back and not the bottom, I explained they were a matching soul cal set and the bottoms were useless on there own (we were also buying 2 more bikinis) the male assistant would not even exchange for the other items we were purchasing. Very disappointed we have a useless pair of bottoms now .

i was just disappointed with the items for me they wernt the quality i was expecting then hugely disappointed its going to cost me £14 to send the items back, all other companies have pre paid postage to send items back or can take to local store but not usc. wont shop online again

I didnt receive my parcel which the courier said they left lying at my back door. It was very difficult to find a contact number and speak to someone in USC and when i did they have not been great at getting back to me and keeping me upto date with when i will receive my parcel

Order was not processed for over 7 days, i emailed twice to query and cancel the order as clearly it would not arrive in time for my holiday, no one seemed to know what was going on. This caused me great inconvenience and unexpected expense purchasing different clothes from the high street to have something to wear on holiday. The second response i had from your support team was the order cannot be canceled as it had already been dispatched - 3 days later I received the dispatch notification. Years i have been using USC this is the first time i have had such terrible service both in the delays in getting my package and the dismissive unhelpful replies from the support team.

they are all small sizes, bought 6 pairs of shorts that all needed to go back at my own expense which cost £14, used post office like they recommend you to for thm to lose my parcel taking a week to send back and now they have it back i cant go onto my account and look where my exchange is at its not showing anything only that i ordered them.in the first place

the parcel was received OK but inside items came in poor condition. either not clean, dirty or faulty. 2 pairs of shoes were received faulty. a pair of Hugo Boss shoes sold at £105K came non new, they were used shoes, they were full of dirty marks. shoe contour looking dirty, already in use before. this is unacceptable. I have always been pleased w the previous orders but this time, what was shipped to me was not acceptable especially for the price I paid. I sent them back asking a refund. The other faulty pair of K-Swiss shoes came w the right shoe having faded color, not white and new as the left one. shoe was clearly used or exposed somewhere causing the color to be faded. again very disappointing. I didn't send them back as I would pay return shipping fee more expensive than the shoes themselves. I will think twice next time before ordering again especially w such a poor item quality received.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Inaccurate Size Guide - USC- Their Mistake but I pay Return Postage Before making my order I looked at USC's Mens Clothing Size Guide for shirts, it reads; XL - Chest 46-48 Waste 36-38 I am a XL, my measurements are Chest 46 exactly, waste 37 exactly. So I ordered two shirts (same brand) in good faith believing USC's measurements to be accurate and trust worthy. I tried them on and both are too small, they both read XL on labels but they are far from it, my uncle tried them on as a size test, he is a medium and they fit him perfect, thats how inaccurate they are. I should not have to pay for return postage when the mistake is 100% of USC's making, these two shirts do not match USC's advertised size guide at all, I understand that sometimes sizes vary from brand to brand but these are out by two full sizes, USC really should take a closer look at their shirts and how they don't match their size guide at all, it's not fair to customers, their measurements simply need to be accurate, why cant they spend some time accurately inputting brand sizes into their database rather than a general guide? they should also make it clear to paying customers that sizes may be dramatically inaccurate. If they choose a problematic general size guide then they should counter that with a full free returns USC payment policy, any other business practice is in my opinion low on the moral business scales. They have refused to pay for return delivery so I will not shop here again, if I were to ask for a replacement then they might mess up again I'd have to pay for a second return postage, so I have asked for a refund. I have paid £8.60 for return delivery, an archaic policy, this is how companies lose customers fast. My advice to potential customers; Stick to the companies with excellent customer care and return procedures. USC will always let you down.

The cause of my dissatisfaction is that you acquire an article of yours in which the article has been changed and I have already lodged the complaint and so far no obitive answer.

When I got the parcel, it looked like the top was thrown in, and it was delivered screwed up in the bag. Very disappointed with the service, plus I also tried to contact customer service multiple times and heard nothing back.

I paid £60 for 2 pairs of shorts, something like £4 delivery, I received the shorts with 2 tags on them saying ‘2 for £40’😂😂

I think you are not even in competition in compare to other retailers. You are far behind from world.For £24 product I paid £5 for click and collect and £4 for return.it sucks. At least should have option to store returns or free returns if you are still charge for click and collect.

First order of shoes were damaged, I then had to order another pair in order to get them in time before being able to return the original ones only to get the wrong item. I then went to a store that said they had my size only to find that the shoes inside the box where wrong. In the end I had to order a 3rd pair online to get the right ones and they still weren't 100%.
