“After paying for next day delivery and still I haven’t received my goods I am not best pleased. Not a great time to ask for a review. Why are you still changing for next day delivery when you know you cannot uphold that service.”

“Tracking says item delivered but I never received it. Been over a week and still no further to knowing where it is. Customer service is awful and I feel they’re reluctant to refund my £150! Won’t be shopping online with Usc again”

“My 1st time ever stumbling across your website and shopping, spending well over a certain amount, hoping that each item of clothing ordered is genuine. You were a genuine site and i was reassured upon receiving my delivery. All items purchased!! i have no complaints at all!...having tried everything on... I'll be back as i now have an account!”

“I emailed usc about an issue with my order of 6 t shirts which involved 1 in the wrong size and 1 left with a security tag on yet I have no response from anyone appalled with the service and won’t be shopping here again”

“Items are fine but customer care leaves a lot to be desired. Received a text to say items had been delivered, I was working from home so knew that I one had knocked on my door. Checked with neighbours to see if the parcel had been delivered there. Emailed to chase up order and nearly 1 week later still waiting for a reply !! Finally found the parcel it had been delivered to a house across the road further up the street!! Sort your courier out cos Hermes are diabolical at the best of times never mind during a pandemic !!”

“Initial delivery was quick but I had to return an item for exchange due to it being too big and I was disappointed to have to pay for the return. No other sites I have ever used do so. The exchange was processed quickly but is still not out for delivery which is disappointing.”

“Paid for next day delivery for it to be delivered 3 days after when it should have been and items being cancelled within the order which were part of a deal meaning I did not get the deal. Very poor. Have now received my refund of the delivery charge but still poor service.”
