“Really good company been buying for years in store.... Only issue I have had is online shopping ordered two jumpers one fine fits perfectly, second one is on its way back for the second time as the tag says 2xl but the hoodie it self is a mediumsize on the labe on the hoodie.”

“I had to pay £6 for my return on top of initially paying for postage. Most retail organisations offer free returns and I think USC should do the same!!”

“Firstly - Next day delivery order gets to me 2 days later, not the first time - I don't understand why you offer next day if you can't keep up?? I'm a customer and I expect service that I pay for... Well that's not the case with USC I guess. Secondly, customer service is just beyond words - don't expect to receive a reply... Lastly, clothes sometimes arrive in quite bad quality, last time I had my Guess top with a shoe stamp on it 👌one of my previous orders had missing item and but do you think there is a point to contact customer service? No, because you will not receive a reply.. 🤷‍♀️”

“Brilliant products, very reasonable prices and frequent sales - often times prices undercut online outlet stores for the brands themselves. Costs of delivery are notably steep and standard delivery often takes some time. This is made clear, however, and I have never had any items delivered late in the 1.5 years I've been shopping with USC.”
