“Very quick turnaround from ordering however one item (blue polo top) looked as if it had just been thrown into a bag and then packed. Arrived creased and within open plain plastic bag.”

“When ordering delivery stated 3-5 days but received order within 3 days so was very pleased. However the jumper that was ordered stated it was black it is not black more like a dark grey but still a nice jumper and good quality for the price”

“Totally fine , but customer services should be trained in advising customer that if item isn’t in stock a refund /cancelled order can take PayPal 29 days before monies is returned to their Account . Suggest advising customer monies will be put into customer account like a credit account where the customer can either keep shopping or withdraw monies”

“I only ever visit USC to buy Converese as you have a good stock of them. Unfortunately on a visit just before christams I bought a pair that I had to return immediately as when I was changing the laces one of the eyelets fell out. These things happen and I can't say I was hugely impressed but not every pair is going to be 100%, I just happen to find a pair at 95%. I'm more annoyed at the fact that USC doesn't stock more than 1 pair of any given shoe at a time or so I was told. So my replacement for that evening did not happen. Upon returning 3 consecutive weekends running the store's delivery still had not come in and I was forced to order them online and wait another week for the order to be processed. Ridiculous as it is for me to complain about saving money (the same shoes online even with delivery to your own store added still came to less than the shoes were in-store.) I am now left with £7 on a credit note for a store aimed at the 15-30 age range. I am well beyond this age range.”
