“The customer service was poor! The item didn’t turn up for 5 days so called to enquire. Told now out of stock and store would fulfill order. Asked if man could call the store to confirm the item was coming but he refused saying policy was to wait at least 24 hours before calling store! Very unhelpful and poor service! Only wanted a phone call making!”

“I ordered 9 items during the black friday week. 3 shirts, 4 polo tops, a thick hoody and a pair of shorts. I got these for £52 including delivery. I saved over £100 and I am amazed at the quality of the clothing. I got a lovely shirt with bicycles on it for like £5 and it fits perfect. I will definitely be ordering again. Slight problem with the delivery taking around 8 or so days after paying £4.99 delivery but its December. The Hermes delivery guy came to my home when I wasnt in but he called me and asked what time I was home that evening, bless him. All in all a great purchase and I am really pleased”

“My service from USC itself was very good but I think you need to re think your courier service as it has said online that my item has been delivered but it hasn't. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I use this service to make things easier for me as I work all week but the delivery service is very poor.”

“The quality of the items was very poor but what was more shocking was the packaging and the way how the T-shirt’s were packed . It looked like those were refunded by someone , all T-shirt’s were creased very badly . I should of take a pictures of this and send it to you at the time hence this was a reason for my refund . I don’t know whether I’ll be ordering from you again unless I get some sort of compensation , sorry but this service was very poor plus paying for the return from my own pocket ?! Come on !!!
