“This was my first time shopping online with USC. I am hugely disappointed. The Hugo Boss jumper was screwed up and squashed in the parcel (not even in it's own plastic covering) and the lacoste trainers were in a box which was battered and one whole side falling off. When i took the jumper out of the parcel it has a brown stain down the back. As both were gifts I have returned them at a cost of £11 to myself. It has put me off shopping with USC again. “I made an order one week ago and still have not got it as it was delivered to my neighbor, but nobody lives there. I sent my claim to customer service and they said parcel delivered and we do not care that not to you. I was your customer 2 years, from now I never shop here as I lost my funds and I did not get my order.”
