“I tried to cancel my order and re-order some new items as USC cancelled one of my items due to out of stock. I sent an email through and got a lame response back.”

“They sent me out a t-shirt of a brand I have never heard of before, instead of the underwear that I ordered. I contacted them via email, as they don’t seem to have a customer service number, they didn’t reply. So I used a website called resolver, they asked me for a pic of the shirt which I sent and I’m still waiting now for a resolution. It was my first order with them and genuinely I’m thinking it’ll be my last. There was no invoice in the parcel, no returns address, no contact number or any details. Absolute shambles of a company. Complete joke. Still waiting for my refund and I still have the shirt!!!!”

“The shop didn't have my size for the shoes I wanted for a month. I decided to order it online but I still had to pay a £5 delivery even though I chose to have it in shop(I know I should be getting a £5 voucher because of that but it doesn't make me feel better). I would've given it more stars had my shoes been delivered but they're still not in store.”

“Ordering was efficient however the delivery was poor. I clearly stated that if I wasn’t in, the order should be left with a neighbour. However it was thrown over the side gate and left with the bins.”

“The order was quick but to get the order Correctly exchanged has been an issue as to start with I pay £6.99 for next day delivery then I have to pay to return they then send wrong thing which they want me to pay to return again they take forever to answer email and I'm still no further forward not happy.”

“Ordering process difficult, wrong colour of shoes... collect from a different store (sports direct) can’t return goods to store for refund have to pay yet more postage to return goods. Won’t be using again. Staff in store lovely!”

“I am extremely disappointed with USC. You offer your customers additional delivery services at an extra cost. I have paid that extra cost & left a safe place for my parcel to be stored should no one be in. The delivery company didn't use the safe place & took the parcel back therefore my parcel was delivered 2 days later.”
