“I am extremely disappointed with USC. You offer your customers additional delivery services at an extra cost. I have paid that extra cost & left a safe place for my parcel to be stored should no one be in. The delivery company didn't use the safe place & took the parcel back therefore my parcel was delivered 2 days later.”

“Concerns order USC40000058460602 I am not happy with the reply from your CS representative Tanya. There was not even any acknowledgement of that you have shipped me the incorrect item. I am sure you can review and confirm this in the email history with Tanya internally. No good solution provided, and no understanding displayed from this CS rep either. I also asked to speak to a manager, a request that was ignored. Please improve training with your CS staff. Thank You. Marcus”
