I am not happy with the reply from your CS representative Tanya.
There was not even any acknowledgement of that you have shipped me the incorrect item. I am sure you can review and confirm this in the email history with Tanya internally. No good solution provided, and no understanding displayed from this CS rep either. I also asked to speak to a manager, a request that was ignored. Please improve training with your CS staff. Thank You. Marcus
