Asked to stop purchase then told it was all ready out for delivery 3 hours latter usc requested it for collection for delivery company as I rang and asked them and I work for the delivery company as a sub contractor lied to is a ugly way to operate

Worst Customer Service ever, a series of copy/pasted interaction where you could clearly see that that agents wouldn’t go 1mm out of their script to understand anything of what you’re saying. Oh and they don’t respect the EU consumer law warranty of 2 years Too bad, they have good prices.

I can’t fault usc ordering process but I have nothing but bad reviews for their chosen courier HERMES they are a complete joke!! Delivery was put off 3times by the driver for unknown reasons, I will not order USC online ever again unless HERMES ups their game.

I went in to the Wakefield store to see if my order had arrived because i had ordered it 6 days before the man at the desk just said “no” so when i asked how long does it normally take he said “don’t know” very rude staff

delivery is disgustingly overpriced, you can not return instore so you are forced to pay to get a refund.

Ordered a pair of Ralph Loren trainers onlinefor my son, for our upcoming holiday , when package arrived, we were delighted to only find one trainer in the box, then when I contacted customer service, I was told the item was no longer in stock, I have since been into store multiple times to try and get an alternative pair of trainers for my son,

Requested next delivery, was not provided no explanation. Emailed at 18.45 to say it would not arrive until the next day. They did refund my delivery cost.

To whom it may concern, My complaint has everything to do with the courier company you use to deliver your products. I paid for the next day delivery and it is a week later and my items are being send back to you. Link to their website tracking info. https://new.myhermes.co.uk/track.html#/parcel/6473096016848686/details No a single delivery attempt was made, not a single 'sorry we have missed you' card was left. I have been at home on 3 out of 4 of their delivery attempts. Later, the status got updated to: 'We're not able to deliver your parcel to the address we have'. So, Hermes cannot deliver to one of the main roads in Glasgow? Just look up my address please: G14 0JJ 1/2 2132 Dumbarton Rd. Glasgow I am very unhappy about the whole thing. I still want my shopping, so I will be happy if you could send it again by post this time. If you cannot do so, please refund me all the money including the delivery charge. Thank you. Grzegorz

Order was shipped in 2 shipments but didn't advise that. Received one delivery and the whole order said complete. Had to chase up the second delivery, reply was quick from usc
