“Ordered a pair of vans for my wee girl for school, collected from store and opened to see them to see that 1 of the vans had been worn it was dirty and just looked grubby! Took them Back to the shop to see if they could order me n other pair as I needed them to be told no they don't take anything to do with stuff like that, I would have to send them back and deal with it my self! In the end they ended refunding me my money back which I didn't want as I wanted the vans! I have now had to go back on and order another pair and hope that they 1s will be OK.”

“Poor service still haven't received my full order , receive part of my order but seemingly the parcel will be delivered separately. Unsure when I will receive my order or if I will use USC again .”

“I brought a hoodie and the sizing was way off to normal. Standard delivery was £5 and took nearly a week to arrive. Considering the price of delivery I expected it sooner. Returned the item but have to pay for the return delivery myself. So put me off ordering the smaller size incase it doesn't fit properly.”

“After paying a delivery charge and hoping the jeans would fit, unfortunatley they were too big, and had to pay £4.50 to return, so total delivery costs were almost £10, so i will always use a company that has free delivery and return, which is exactly what i have just done, will not use USC again”

“Firstly, i did not receive an email notifying me that my delivery had arrived at the assigned SportsDirect store. A week had passed by and I was passing by the shop so decided to call in and check only to find it had been delivered there two days ago. Secondly, I found out that the customer is expected to pay for signed for postage for returning unwanted orders (even incorrect dispatched orders) - this is a first for me. This is not made at all clear when placing the order. Why can I not just return them to the store I collected them from? Why is this not an option? All in all, I am disappointed and will not be using the online service again.”

“I have ordered a few items from USC over the years and have had no problems. Always kept up to date with emails and the clothes have always been perfect. I do wish they didn't use Hernes as there courier. Same guy always delivers and he leaves the items in random places around the house. When he does come to the door he's rude and marks the items as signed for when they haven't been. First I know about it is the email saying its delivered when I'm in the front room lol!! USC are great though”
