“I have ordered a few items from USC over the years and have had no problems. Always kept up to date with emails and the clothes have always been perfect. I do wish they didn't use Hernes as there courier. Same guy always delivers and he leaves the items in random places around the house. When he does come to the door he's rude and marks the items as signed for when they haven't been. First I know about it is the email saying its delivered when I'm in the front room lol!! USC are great though”

“I placed an order to collect in store. There was no option to collect from USC only sports direct. I find it ridiculous that you charge the same to deliver to a store as it would be for home delivery & that my order took 1 week.”

“Converse vest not as advertised, image displayed had red converse logo , ended up with one with white logo? Same problem with same product from sports direct last year , not impressed . Pointless returning item as you end up £4:99 (postage cost) worse off.”

“I ordered two pairs of boxer shorts, when the parcel arrived there were no boxers in the bag just 8 pairs of beach shoes. I paid £5 to return them emailed customer service who said they would post the boxers. I then had an email saying they were out of stock so no boxers and £5 out of pocket on return postage and still waiting to hear back from them on that.”
