“Shopping was fine. Paid next day delivery, came 6 days later. Communication from usc is very poor, and even worse from Hermes. Think twice about ordering if you need it next day.”

“So my order arrived and the pack of 3 pairs of briefs had 2 missing. When I complained about this I was told everything was picked, packed and sent as it should have been. Well I'm sorry briefs don't just disappear, you obviously have a thief working for you!! But I was made to feel that this was not the case.Another box of briefs weresent and glad all 3 pairs are here now but no card was put through door so only noticed the package by chance. So I will definately definately never be using, you again.”

“Orderer a polo shirt and paid £6.99 for Next Day Delivery so I had it to wear for an event the next evening, it arrived 2 days after ordering. May as well of used standard delivery which was cheaper!”

“1st time I've used it and I thought it was a good service.I have already ordered more stuff.The only downside is that it cost £4.99 to get it delivered to my local store as they wouldnt order the jacket I wanted.The upto date emails and it's easy to collect aswell.So all in all it's a descent service but nothing special and costs to have it sent to the store.”
